We have spent a few months getting things in tip top shape ,only wish we had more time before my Daughter races it,she gets ONE day to play on it before racing it .
it need a ton of work done to it before she could ride it.
She hasnt even kicked it over yet . lol
This is a Blaster Chassis-CR85 with a complete motor rebuild bumping the CC disp. to 90cc.
Everything from stuffing the case to stronger Rod was added to withstand the abuse and weight of a Quad Chassis.It now has a Hinson Clutch,ALOT more bottom end and was built to hit harder sop your not always wound out. Its hada Phycho Lime green frame w/ Extreme Chrome base PC,testured black and Hot Red accent parts. YFZ Radiator,
Elka/Laeger suspention,moly coated sprocket ,LT450 Radials front and rear,they arent on yet cause Im waiting on front wheels.several 400ex components and a whopping 29 HP at the CRANK!!! plus much more...

Heres a peak at it, we finished it up today, 1st test run is tomorrow.
She calls this the Green Goblin, I may have to try and find some pics and have some stickers made up!! .

Very nice - looks like a lot of fun. We have several Blaster/85cc hybrids around here - all TT bikes, the kids are always fun to watch

It was not one of the MORE FUN builds we have done, but it was def a MUCH NEEDED build.Im hoping the suspention is up to par as we are getting ready to buy LT for my Sons new mini,buying two new sets would not be possible right now.
Its a nice size for her since she so small.Shes tall but thin and Im not ready to let her go wild on my 440 yet. She grasps for traction right now and the Blaster fits her pretty good. :)

There is nothing on this that is painted,but the silencer.

We just put some of the last parts on it last month. Still need to PC the heel guards.
We also had a little tweeking done on the motor to give it abit more bottom end.
At some point when we have some free time(HA!thats a nice thought! ) we are going to have Toomey custom make hera silencer thats got a qiet core and a spark arrestor and ditch theshorty so sound wont be an issue.
Shes close with a 98 DB,whcih I STILL have a hard time believing
She had some issues with pipe burning her pants so he came up with this idea and it works good!

She uses a Zbroz(The ARS-FX) chain guide.

that 80 motor fills out the blaster frame pretty nicely. my friend has a KTM 85 and i have forgotten how small those motors look next to our motors, haha
