Sellers

1. Please post some sort of asking price for your item, this will eliminate lots of extra replies and will also help you sell your item quicker.

2. Please, please post a location for your item. This will eliminate a lot of confusion and unnecssary questioning as well as hlep sell your item quicker.

3. To aid in keeping this site running faster and a cleaner thread, try and post as many things you have for sale in one thread rather than having several threads from the same person with lots of different items.

4. Once a sale is complete and you feel the transaction was positive, you may pm a moderator asking that they're name be put in the good sellers list. Likewise, if a transaction has gone poorly, that members name will be put into the bad sellers list and his membership may go under review.

5. NO FREE COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING. This will also be left up to the moderators discretion but if an admin/mod believes you to be a business, your post will be deleted and you will be put on notice, according to the ToS. Multiple attempts with several warnings will result in membership termination. If you are making a product for sale or distributing a product for sale and you would like to sell them on this site, please contact "depotman" and he will gladly discuss possible advertising opportunities on TRX450R.ORG.

6. Please, no linking to your eBay auctions through this section (and that includes posting item numbers!)... We provide this service FREE to members which is also FREE and we love eBay, but they don't need our site drumming up their business. If you want to let folks know about your eBay auction, you are more than welcome to PM them ... For example: Joe Smith is looking for rims in the Wanted section here and you have some on eBay and are a Member; that's okay. The 4 sale area is here to attract members to visit and participate in this site; not to increase your eBay auction visibility.

7. Please keep close contact with each other during the transaction; it can be frustrating when money is involved and there is a lack of communication. If a seller sells an item and fails to follow through and keep up communication, they're membership can, and often times will, be terminated.

Buyers/Browsers

1. Only comment if you have something to add to the thread. If you have seen the part and want to comment on its condition or you have seen the bike and want to comment on how fast it was or how nice it looks that’s fine.

2. Don't add any sarcastic or antagonizing posts. They will be deleted. The interpretation of all replies will be left up to the discretion of the moderating staff.

3. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.

4. Finally, please think twice before exchanging sensitive personal information in your 4 sale thread and do it at your own risk. It goes without saying why this is not a good idea. Once a contact has been made, use the PM system to communicate your transaction and exchange this information.
