I got this bran new FCR Carb today from service honda.

What other parts do I need in order to get this mounted up to my trx?

I dont use the stock airbox so an adapter for the airbox is not needed.

If you don't need the intake bell adapter, then you are all set. All that's left is to take the TPS plug off the stock carb and replace it on the carb. The stock hotstart cable works if you route it down the left side of the tank, just use the plunger and spring that came with the carb.

I thought Kam told me I had to rewire something?

will my HRC needle fit in this carb or do I have to use whatever come in it?
Same with my jets? basicly I have to take it to kam and just let him setup the jets once it is mounted up

It appears that the interest is growing in the 43mm FCR. Only place I have heard of around the forum is Pinit.....

Anybody else offering this service?

Sudco sells a 43mm FCRMX....not sure on the price though..........

The TPS is what you need to rewire. Either cut the wires and splice them direct, use your own set of plugs, or "unpin" the pins in the plugs from the two carbs (they're shaped different) and reuse them. Look in the Performance FAQ section and Gabe has a wire color cross reference.

The main jets are the same.
Use the needle that came in the FCR.

I have looked everywhere.

It seems that people have attempted to do it but this other place just seems to be the pros and they have raised their price 100% because of it.

Really is annoying.

I am just a little confused about this.

which one of these am I suppost to freaking follow lol

Here is the cross reference if you're looking at the TPS side:

Pink = Blue
Light Grn = Yellow
Grn/Ylw = Black

Here is the cross reference if you're looking at the harness side:

Pink = Blue
Light Grn = Yellow
Grn/Blk = Black
86atc250r
If you cut the stock carb TPS connector off, use the first cross reference.

If you cut the connector off the factory harness or try to re-pin the TPS connector then use the 2nd cross ref.

Your choice.

im bumping this out for a friend working on his FCR
