Please remember that while we do actively monitor the contents of the messages, we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact a member of the admin/moderating team immediately by private message or email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. Furthermore, topics that are escalating into "flame wars" will be edited, locked, or deleted at the moderators' discretion. At the admin team's discretion, user accounts may be issued misconduct warning "strikes". The number of strikes given per incident will be based on the severity of the misconduct as deemed by a member of the admin team. The warning level and details of any incurred strikes can be viewed in the "My Controls" section of your particular account. Only the account holder and the admin team are able to view these specific strike details and warning level. When 10 strikes are obtained, the user account will be terminated. Any person re-registering under a different user name in an attempt to circumvent account termination may be subject to immediate banning, up to and including blocking the IP address and/or notification of wrongdoing to the Internet Service Provider used to gain access to TRX450R.ORG.

Although this forum does not and cannot review all the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we at TRX450R.ORG reserve the right to delete any message or account for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRX450R.ORG and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

If your intention on the message boards is to promote your products or service, you are in the wrong place. Selling on the boards by anyone other than designated site sponsors is strictly prohibited and rigorously enforced, with one warning and then account termination. Our Classified section is for the use of non commercial/retail members to offer personally owned items for sale to other members. Please, no linking to your eBay auctions through this section.

Sponsors are not allowed to discuss their competitor's products in any way shape or form. Vendors are far from impartial and we do not feel it is ethical to allow them to publicly evaluate their competition. Sponsors are allowed to start new threads about or regarding their own products or products they are not in competition with.
