Well I finally got some pics up of it even though I have had it for a couple months now. Man let me tell you, on the track these things are VERY nice compared to a equal valued 450R.
Dont forget I have had 2 different MX 450rs also, and I bled red until I got this. My biggest thing is I hope it hold together. So far so good!

Sweet looking! did you ever have any trouble with the rear shock mount like the recall? Also have you checked out ltr450.org? its a cool site... i think that anyone who switches from Honda to Suzuki need to check thi site out for sure ...

PS , i think I am the proud owner of your old JD + 2 trans red A-arms...sold to dysfunktional right?

Yup, I sold them to him, witch in turn sold them to you?COOL! thats good to here, to be honsest with you, if I replace these arms ever on my Zuki, I will go JD Performance. Daves craftsmanship is second to none. He truely does have a GREAT product.

With the recall thing they just replace the whole frame under warranty. But they made like 3 versions of the 2006 and mine is the last batch of them so it has the better/beefier stuff. But Suzuki took care of EVERY one who has a bad frame.
Yup their site is much like this one. I still come on here every night though just because I like a lot of what people have tro talk about on here. that site and lt-r450.central is another great one too.
Odly enough that bumper is off of my trx. I just had to bend it a little bit. I love it though thanks!
Right now I am just taking a break from workin on a xustom seat for my Zuki. They have A TON of foam right where you sit so in a corner when you lean way over your leg feals weird. So I am just lowering the seat height like 1.5 inches up front and 1 inch in the rear. Just gotta go to the fabric shop to get last peice of foam. I will put pics up of when its done

The frame is only replaced if its cracked beyond the service limit in the recall guide.

NO my dad got one and he has rode it ONCE and he is getting a new frame. I think you are entitled to a new frame, it just depends on how good you can push their buttons.

I've done over 15 recalls and never did a frame yet. Out of the crate and used.

Hmm, he had the option and he went with the frame. So I know it goes both ways. Maybe he was just lucky enough!

here is the seat mod... nother view you can see in this photo that I cut out about 1-1.5 inches out and made a "hump" in the lower part of the seat and I lowered the entire seat height by about 3/4-1 inch every where else. Reason for doing all of it is becuase I noticed that when leaning its not that comfy with your leg that high. Plus this will lower your center of Gravity. These zuks have A TON of seat foam!
