I CAN FILL MY OIL UP USING THE SIGHT GLASS RIDE FOR A 1/2 HOUR AND ITS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS .I CHANGED THE OIL AND FILTER AND PUT A QUART IN IT AND THEN ITS LOW AGAIN 1/2 HOUR. PLEASE HELP

I would start off with the easy things like a new washer/o-ring for the drain plug. I would also check to make sure the drain plug isn't cross threaded or anything.

Another, their is a drain hole on the head of the motor, it's round and kind of funnels in towards the hole. I think oil can come out of there if there is too much pressure. I would also check the hose that comes off of the valve cover to see if any oil is in it.

Also, when riding, idling or start up does it smoke at all? If it does, then I would say it's either your rings are worn or valves not seating properly.

These motors do use a little oil, but that seems excessive. This is all I can think of for it, but try the inspection type things first and see if anything looks like it could be the culprit. Good luck & hopefully someone else with more knowledge than myself can help you out. Good luck.

if you cant see where it is leaking then you need new rings.

it doesnt smoke at all i can still runs the same? you think it is going in to tranny?

before i start with cold engine full sight glass ride for 30 min no oil in glass let it sit for 1 to 3 hrs still none has ran down into glass or maybe like 1/8 of glass showing oil.

Just put her on a jack, even out the jack pop it into gear sit back and check every possible oil leak spot on her, if there is no leaks call over a friend with another 450 leave them in the garage over night and make cute little trx90cc,lol. once u jack it up u should find a leak

I FIGURED IT OUT GUYS MY LITTLE BROTHER WAS DRIVING THE SHI_ OF IT AND HAD FLIPPED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES!!!!!!

I speak from experience in saying NEVER loan your bike to a little brother. Mine almost ruined my bike. These things are too expensive to risk like that. People that dont own one have no idea the kind of maintenance and care it takes to maintain one.

ok so you let it ruan and let it sit i no this sounds CRAZY but after you let it sit after running it shake the quad rock stand on it and rock side to side idk but it works
