What size sprocket should I use on my trx?

Riding easy with family I had a hard time going slow enough so I dropped to a 13 front and then a 40 rear. Worked out well. Tons of power and it will still go 60 wide open. When I go with faster riders I still have plenty of speed and no trouble keeping up. The 40 rear is a very large sprocket and if in real rocky areas may take a beating unless guarded.
