I have a stock swingarm going to the fabshop next week to get extended and was wondering how far I can go and still use the stock rear brake lines? Also how far is too far to use the stock shock setup? Minimal jumping mostly drag racing and such. All jumps are under 8 feet high.

He is going to use 1/4 inch aluminum plate with a 90 degree bend on each side to make a piece of channel the width of the arm. And a piece of plate to box it in on bottom with some internal bracing for strength.

So if I have an 07 but I am strectching an 05 swinger I can safely go 4 3/4 and still use the stock brake lines. Due to the fact that the 05 swinger is 3/4 of an inch shorter than the 07. Is this correct?
