Im going over all of my suspension options and saving up some dough to pay for it right now but i was wondering if there was anything i could do with my stock setup. Everything is exactly how it came from the factory.I ride mostly dunes and some desert. I would like my suspension to be softer and less prone to bucking me off.Any help on how to adjust my stock suspension until i figure out a better setup would be appreciated.Thank you....btw its a 04 450r.

Are you wanting something to do OTHER than send them To GT THUNDER and have them Rebuilt...???? (<< Thats your best bet )

But if you want the stock set up to work 2.3% better.... take all the pre load out of your front and rear shocks (or atleast to where your quad is at the right Ride Height, bout 1/4" differnce with front end that 1/4" higher than rear .... ) then turn all your compression screws all the way soft and your rebound should be set about in the middle to a HARD setting....

That should get you close... but i would look into the GTT Stuff if you want to go BUDGET shocks with THOUSAND Dollar Performance....

That right there is the most widely run setup on this site. It is what I plan on going to.

JD Performance is trying to get together 10 people to do a group buy. It is as good a price as you will ever find if he gets enough people. Give him a call.
