Is there a Secret to getting the Swing-arm Bolt out on these things or what!? Ive tried everything I can think of with NO success!

It is rusted in, you might have to cut it out. First, turn it on its side and squirt some wd40 on it and let it soak in for a day or so.

Yes. Probably rusted between the bolt and the sleeves. I have turned the quad on its side so the bolt can be hit with a sledge swinging down. Its an ugly option, but it is the most force you can apply. Otherwise, I have actually had to cut a swingarm apart to remove it. Used plasma cutter. But you have to be carefull not to cut the frame.

Bottom line, use plenty of grease when installing swingarm.

I just took mine off and it was a bear. What I did was take some bp blast let it soak for awhile than get a mini sledge and pound the **** out of it.

dude i hope u dont have to cut it out like i did. im never letting my swing arm bolt go ungreased again i learned my lesson the hard way. good luck
