take the plug out. stick it back in the plug cap, ground it on the engine or pipe etc, crank over the engine. is there spark? helps to be in a dark place sometimes. replace plug. take off whatever needs to be removed so you can see in the airbox side of the carb. pump the throttle a few times. a stream of gas should be squirting in the carb. turn on the choke and crank it over. if it still wont crank, check/clean the carb.

Did you try and check everything that was suggested last time you asked about this? Everything is a process of elimination so we need to know what has been checked.

Also given the bridges you have burned it would be good to start with everything you have done not with an open question that you already have asked.

So let me get this straight.... You have one blown up quad. And one that wasnt gettin gas. But your not parting out the blown up one? But yet you have one that is together and in cranking condition? I call bs on you not parting out the blown engine.

oh no. This is not the motor! I have 2 quads thats my other one wont run i am working on it. This one had a rod bearing go out and all the other parts are in good shape and working condition!!!

What is bad i will tell you i dont sell broken stuff. The cylinder, piston, and crankshaft are the only thing bad but piston can be replated and crank rebuild!

Your first 3 sentences in the reply completely contradict eachother. Not to mention i think its Blatently obvious you dont know what a good or bad part is

Motors need 3 things. Fuel, spark and compression...

If the plug is not wet, then I would look into the fuel issue. I would check it by squirting gas into the cyclinder, the try to start it. If it fires and runs for a second then look into why it is not getting fuel.

If the carb is spraying fuel the only obstruction between the carb and plug are the valves. So are they opening? Is the timing correct?
Why would you think stator when your trying to figure out why the fuel you can see coming from the carb isn't going the 5 inches to the spark plug?
If you want to learn about this stuff think a little on your own, don't just ask others to think every step for you

Sounds to me like your motor isn't creating the vacuum necessary to draw fuel from the carb. I suggested cam timing the last time you asked this same question.

An electrical issue isn't going to cause fuel to not get into your motor.

So you can eliminate carb issues, pull the carb off the one with the blown motor and try it on this one, that will tell you if that's the problem.

I am still leaning towards cam timing now or previously. Just because the marks line up doesn't mean that the flange hasn't spun. But check the marks first. You could have bent valves from the cam timing was 4 or 5 teeth off.

Valves look great. When I bought the bike I switched the carbs and noting I might trow my head on it off my blown motor and see whats up. And the timing marks are perfect. Got that fixed.

The problem I see is we have to take your word that "the valves look great" what does that even mean and the cam timing is perfect, this coming from a guy who doesn't know if he installed rings upside down or not or if it matters. Hard for us to trust you. Also you say the the carb is squirting fuel, that stream usually hit the port divider then the fuel will trickle down to the valves that put fuel 1/4 inch from the plug so if the valves do open and everything you say is true there is no way that fuel inst getting to the plug.

EVERYTHING is NOT fine.... if it was you would not have 2-3 blown motors.

I am guessing a timing problem and or assembly problem...

I think you ned to take two steps back and listen here.

Ill break it down so everyone here can understand as well as get others to help and trust you..

Go set timing, describe everything you are doing while setting time. from start to finish. Take detailed pics upload them and we will go from there.

once we know your timing is on correctly we will go to the next step
