Popping on decel

I have a crf hybrid, have been noticing lately that I have been popping on decel and also if I just rev the engine when I let off the gas it will pop too. I would think it has to do with the weather getting colder here since hasn't done it all year. Would I need to go up richer on my pilot jet? My mixture screw is already like 3 turns out so I would think time to bump up the pilot. Bike feels fine when im riding just the popping when I let off the gas.

Walsh, bump up your pilot jet...
Apple you might need to do the same, try turning out your fuel screw first. If you get out to 3-3.5 turns you're going to want to bump up your pilot too...

U sure, I thought it was the other way around? Especially since I also thought the popping was a lean condition.

No Sir... Cold air is more dense so you need more fuel.

You contradicted yourself...lol

Think he meant to say warmer.

Like everyone else said try you screw first and when you get to 3 turns out go one size up on the main and start over with the screw.
