I have an 07 450r and it has hot cam stage 2, pro design filter with no lid, ESR high end exhaust, jetted and green wire mod. I want to put in a stock bore high compression piston and port the head an add KW springs. I would eventually like to add a big bore or stroker. I was wondering since I will already have the high compression piston in could I just keep that and add a stroker crank? What size would a +3 crank and stock bore make? Is this possible to do and be as good or better than just big bore?

Can it be done? Maybe - jury is still out as HotRods hasn't delivered that crank yet.
It makes a stock bore 14:1 into a 470cc 14.6:1. Since several ppl are going to add this crank - myself included - when it's available, just hang out until somebody else is the guinea pig to see how well it works..... The theory behind using on the 06/07 model is that it takes a short stroke design and makes it a better bore/stroke ratio. How much better and how well that theory actually pans out is the big question nobody can answer yet.
