I am going to be painting my rear number plate black, and then mount it on my AC Racing Grab Bar for MX. I know I have to drill holes in it so that it can mount up. But what should I use to attach it so that it definately won't come off? Just a nut and bolt/screw? Will anything work? If I don't get answers here I will try moving it to the MX forum ...

I use zip ties. I did have it attached to grab bar but a little accident changed that so I know have it attached to the brake light mount.
You might want to try 6" numbers to see if they fit, I've got 7" numbers on mine but I only got 2 numbers(#44). UNI sells two different size of number plates, 7x10 & a bigger size.
