Every TRX450R that I have ever seen has that play in the caliper mount.

Decrease the gap between the pin & slotted hole. I used a small piece of clear rubber hose from the hardware store. cant remember the id/od but just a short pc will do. they wear out after some time & fall off but a foot of hose will make ... alot of 'em. mine fits real snug with no chain tightening issues...only replaced 1 in a year

Not a bad idea at all. Maybe clean the pin real well and put some heavy duty glue on the inside of the tube.

Could be a broken rear carrier, I've seen it before... Whens the last time you serviced your bearings?

Yeah front-back movement is a bad sign.... Get that thing apart and check it out ASAP.

Well as long as the clip is on it would have to be a problem with the carrier in my opinion. The hole in the brake mount must be too big for the carrier? I have no idea haha

Did you re-install the bushing with the two flat sides that goes in the slot of the brake stay? What about the o-ring that goes in the groove where the stay slides over the bearing carrier? Those are the only things I can think of, but if it's slamming back and forth like you say, the bushing would be my best guess.

the the stopper bushing that sit in the slotted grove on the caliper mount is that what your talking about unruler, i know i put all the o rings in right there all new only the snap ring isnt new maybe its worn i know the stopper bushing is looking worn but would that cause it to move back and fourth and if so can i buy a replacement one from the honda dealership

Yep, that's what I was talking about. That's really the only thing I can think of that would cause the problem you described. The part # is 43483-HB5-670. Or else you can try what cadatonic suggested. But I think your best bet would be to move the caliper around by hand and find out exactly where it's moving.
