My house was robbed late last year and I didnt realize some of my keys were taken(toy keys were in a drawer, Banshee and and 2004 450 R keys) until tonight, yes the night before I am supposed to be heading to Glamis for a few days. I have no key and need to figure out how to either perm or temp wire this so i can eliminate the key! I have not taken anything apart and figure I just need to splice the wires together, but before I do anything, I though ti would consult the pros?

PLEASE HELP< I leave in the morning!!\

Nope, Everything is still together. Either going to find the key in the morning or figure out how to rig it so it will work for the weekend...

It didn't start right up on mine. There were two wires that had to be spliced together. You can do it before or after the commector going to the switch. If you are going to replace the switch later I would do it after. There are 2 wires of the 4 that need to be put together but I can't remember which 2 exactly.

If you pull the plug out it will run, but your lights won't work, and possibly the fan too. It's probably best to splice the wires so everything works. That would suck to not have your fan come on when needed.

Its only that easy to steal one of these if you know what to do. If you know what to do its easy to steal anything.

ps: the key things works for every battery-less Honda toy I've ever tried it on.
