I have 20x10x10 haulers and was wondering what everyone is running for tire pressure and how big of a difference it makes?

Usually between 3-4 pounds MAX. !!! It makes alot of difference because too much air will not allow your tires to gain the traction you need. I'm speaking typically for racing, just riding in general it wont matter as much.

it depends on the sand. i usally start with 4 all the way around. if the sand is wet i mad need to run 5-6 in order to get enough wheel spin this will also make your tire slightly taller therefor slightly faster on top end. in really dry or loose sand 3lbs to get more traction.

I run three pounds in the rear and 2.5 pounds in the front. I find this setup to work really good at Glamis.

I agree with all the above.
Mess with the pressure a bit, depending on if the sand is wet, or not.
Also if you like it to slide a little better, around the corners, add a bit more air (less traction=more slide).
